• Call manipulation, number spoofing (CLI spoofing), or illegal number masking.
• Attacks against Proline infrastructure (e.g., DDoS or excessive system load).
• Attempting to bypass billing or gain unfair financial advantages.

3.2. If misuse is detected, Proline may contact the customer for clarification. If the response is unsatisfactory, the service may be permanently suspended.

4. Billing and Payments
4.1. Users must pay service fees on time.
4.2. Proline reserves the right to modify pricing and will notify customers of any changes.
4.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4.4. All payments made to Proline are final and non-refundable.

5. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
5.1. Proline does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
5.2. Proline is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical issues or third-party providers.
5.3. Customers are responsible for any damages resulting from the use of Proline services.

6.1. Proline commits to keeping customer data confidential and only shares it under legal obligations.
